John MacArthur

John MacArthur is the principal investigator in the current e-bike research projects at OTREC. He's been the Sustainable Transportation Program Manager at OTREC of PSU since 2009 and has undertaken several research projects, involving low-/no-emission vehicle infrastructure in Portland metro, as well as a climate change impact assessment for surface transportation in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Jennifer Dill

Jennifer Dill is the co-investigator on OTREC's e-bike research projects, as well as the Director of OTREC. She teaches courses in transportation policy and planning methods at Toulan School of Urban Studies and Planning. Her research interests focus on the interactions of transportation planning, travel behavior, health, the environment, and land use, as well as transportation finance. Drive Oregon is a nonprofit 501(c)(6) trade association dedicated to growing the electric mobility industry in Oregon. Members include innovators, entrepreneurs, and established industry leaders throughout the entire supply chain. They are currently partnering with OTREC and Kaiser Permanente to discover how 180 Kaiser employees will use over 30 folding e-bikes in their commute to work.
